DAN as always getting it right and realising that there are some things specific to women that we need to be aware of as we SCUBA dive.

Women earn approximately 40% of open-water certifications, according to DEMA. Yet health considerations particularly relevant to women, from endometriosis to breast cancer recovery, are often overlooked in diving. Understanding women's health in diving makes our sport safer and more inclusive for women and those who dive with them.

🌊 Happy International Whale Shark Day! 🌊

Tomorrow we celebrate the world’s largest fish — the gentle giant of our oceans, the whale shark (Rhincodon typus).

These incredible creatures remind us of the importance of protecting marine ecosystems and the species that depend on them.

To mark the day, we’re excited to announce a Whale Shark Citizen Science Expedition (this Sunday)

On this trip, participants will contribute to real research conducted by Choojajauil by collecting photo ID, behavior, and environmental data — helping us better understand and protect whale sharks in the Mexican Caribbean.

Join us in celebrating by learning, exploring, and becoming part of the science that safeguards these ocean giants. 💙
