Good afternoon all and I hope you’re enjoying this beautiful sunny Sunday.. I just wanted to give you all an update on the Post Office opening hours for a short period of time.. I have my long awaited knee replacement surgery scheduled for the 13th October.. I will have cover from the lovely Pandith but it will be 3 days a week only, so from Monday the 12th October the Post Office will be open Monday, Tuesday & Friday for 5 weeks, this does not affect the shop in anyway and that will function as normal.. I would be really grateful if you could share and spread the word to give everyone a heads up!!! I will be popping in and out when I can as I will get withdrawal symptoms and my husband will probably be ready to kill me!!!! Thank you all for your patience and understanding in advance. 🥰

THANK YOU to our amazing volunteers at Castle Hedingham Village Shop. The fabulous windows continue and our support of the St. James Summer Fayre yesterday opened our doors wider to the community.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Thank you to Julia, Karen and Brenda for leading on window displays and general stock ideas and orders. 🤗The village shop also sells for LOCAL craft makers, artists and card producers as well as LOCAL eggs and honey - continuing our theme about not only friendship but LOCAL sustainability.
🌱🌱During the summer months we also provide space for the produce from the community village allotment.
💞THANK YOU for your continuing support of the Village Shop.
🤩We are planning on providing a new Village Shop Memorial Bench, hopefully located close to the memorial hall field - remembering those (volunteers and customers) we have lost and still remember with great fondess🤩
