Roberton, Forman Memorial Hall The Forman Memorial Hall page aims to keep in touch with everyone who has a shared interest in promoting ideas and events that will take place at our hall.

The Forman Memorial Hall has been the centre of community life in the Borthwick Water for over 90 years. The hall was built Mrs Forman of Borthwickshiels in memory of her husband Mr R.B. Forman and grand nephew Campbell Ross. It was officially opened on 27th June 1923 by John Buchan.

Hi All, as a lot of you may know I am hosting my sons wedding on Saturday 26 th September 2026 and was wondering if anyone could help me with the following items please:-

(1) Large ‘Cool Box’

(2) large table cloths

And the strangest of all:-

(3) The use ( on the day) of any blossoming plant pots for decoration and hanging baskets as mine burnt to a crisp during the hot spell!

I am happy to pay for the use of any of the above as you can imagine it will save me a lot of time and expense on the day
