On the Rye I am a Mum of 3 who champions pressure free creativity however that looks. I hold space for all ages in my creative workshops. I value community and inclusion.

I love to host events that feed people's inner calm so you always leave feeling lighter. Mucky Pups provides parents/carers with an accessible setting for any child to discover more about themselves through play. The use of textures, crafts (often messy), imaginative & creative play, for children to be able to 'throw themselves in' to different roles, using all their senses to experience the world around them. Each session is age appropriate and based on the same themes within that week. The themes then change each week.

It’s been a year since Sarah and I first began dreaming up what these sessions might look like, and we feel so lucky to have brought them to life here, beside the River Rye.
There’s something timeless about gathering outside beside the water. The river constantly moving, the moon pulling at the tides, the changing seasons and the natural ebb and flow of life. As women, we have our own cycles, too. How often do we give ourselves the time and space to stop and listen?
These sessions have been emotional, restorative, sometimes leaving us feeling more alive and connected. A chance to breathe, to reconnect with ourselves and one another, and to feel held by something bigger than the everyday.
Thank you to every woman who has come along and become part of this circle.
I feel incredibly privileged to share this place, the water and the company of such good women.
There’s something quietly powerful about coming together in this way.
No expectations, no need to be anything other than ourselves.

These 2 do go hand in hand usually but some people may have all the stuff at home and wish to print elsewhere and just come for the social ... cutting (and vice versa) spaces will be limited so I can give you all my attention.
This workshop will be gearing towards making a christmas card design which of course you will keep to print again next year! (Unless you absolutely must cut a design you've had in mind for ever and want to give that a whirl!)
You will produce 10x beautiful cards(of the same design) with envelopes.
I absolutely love lino cutting and printing.
Totally suitable for beginners.

As always if it's a workshop you fancy doing with a few friends on a different date just let me know a few dates you can all do and hopefully one will fit.
