Every day, women and girls across the UK experience abuse, but abusive behaviours can be hard to spot. They are often pretending to be something else. Control is camouflaging as care. Manipulation is mistaken for love. Sinister behaviours can slip by unnoticed.

It’s time to see these behaviours for what they are. Abuse.

On Saturday 25 April we hosted a fantastic fundraising afternoon tea event with Baroness Hale, our wonderful patron and all round incredible woman.

The event was held to raise money for the Paul Curran Celebration Trust.

It was a great afternoon with a fantastic atmosphere. Barroness Hale regailed us with tales from her career while delving into some of the cases covered in her new book "With the Law on Our Side". She also signed copies for grateful guests.

A fundraising total will shortly be shared. Thank you to everyone who came along!
