Proposal Full planning permission to place eight cabins on their land for the purposes of holiday accommodation. Development work will principally comprise eight modular cabins, a site service road, a concealed solar array and utility container, selected small moveable outbuildings, and groundworks for the above. All cabins and buildings will be single-story mobile units, without permanent foundations, and will fall within the parameters of the Caravan Act.
