We’re thrilled to announce the launch of the Rainham and Purfleet Phoenix Group in June 2026 at RSPB Rainham Marshes!

Phoenix is a group for teens who are passionate about nature, interested in protecting the environment, and keen to meet like-minded young people. It’s a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills, explore wildlife, take part in practical conservation activities, and make new friends along the way. 🌍🐦

Our Assistant Warden from RSPB Rainham Marshes was delighted to support the Bird Box and Planter Event at the Community Hub. 🐦🌱

It was great to see local residents getting involved, creating homes for wildlife and learning more about how we can all help nature thrive in our communities.

The event was a great success, with lots of enthusiasm, creativity and community spirit on display throughout the day.

Join a special guided walk led by the expert team from the Purfleet Heritage & Military Centre and explore the reserve from a completely different perspective.
