Meet our newest arrival SASSY SUSIE

A beautiful Continental Giant 7 months old has sadly been surrendered to South Coast Rabbit Rescue after her owner, who has lived on her rented property for nearly 20 years, has been left facing an uncertain future.
Unfortunately, her landlord is selling the property, and with the ongoing cost-of-living crisis here in the UK, so many people are finding themselves in incredibly difficult situations. Some are having to make the heartbreaking decision to surrender their beloved animals, not because they don't love them, but because they simply don't know what the future holds.

🐰 A little note about our adoption process! 🐰

Here at the rescue, the health and wellbeing of our rabbits always come first. ❤️ Every rabbit must have a veterinary appointment or health check before they can leave us for their forever home. This means that some rabbits may not be ready for adoption straight away, as we need to make sure they've been checked over and are healthy enough to begin their next chapter.

We know how exciting it is to welcome a new bunny into your family, but we want to give every rabbit the best possible start and every adopter peace of mind. The last thing we want is for anyone to take home a rabbit with an underlying health issue that could have been identified beforehand. 🐇💕

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we make sure our bunnies are ready for their happily ever after! 🏡❤️

If you would like to help by dontations towards this every single penny counts right now xx
