Does your unit need any First Aid Training Equipment?

🩺 The first ever National Cadets Week takes place between 5th-11th October 2026.

Throughout the week, cadet units across the UK will open their doors to schools, families, and local communities. With a strong focus on first aid training, activities will showcase the opportunities available, and inspire new cadets, attract new volunteers, and demonstrate how cadet experiences help prepare young people for adult life.

Could your unit benefit from funding for first aid equipment or other resources to support your Cadet Week activities?

Applications are now open for grants of up to £10,000 and the deadline is 3rd July 2026.

We welcome applications from units across Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey, East Sussex and West Sussex.

We have Leadership at Sea Cadets Courses coming up! 🙌

Leadership at Sea Cadets is a mandatory module for all PPO's and PSgt's and forms part of our adult onboarding process. It is the last module of your onboarding journey.🌟

This module is delivered virtually via Zoom. The module is split into parts, you must attend all parts in order to complete the course.

We have now been informed that any SCC personnel who knew Lt Cdr (SCC) Vic Woolgar RNR are welcome to attend his funeral on 29 June at Woodvale - Brighton Crem’ at 1130. It would be very helpful if people planning to attend could reply on here so we can pass numbers on to his partner.
We are also hoping that we can provide a Bugler to play the last post. If anyone is available to play the last post please let me know ASAP either on here or by email [email protected] so I can pass details on.
