...and the scores on the doors for our first cold water swim of the season A TOASTY 25.2C! Now we know that the point of cold water swimming is that the water has to be cold.

But we also know that you have to get acclimatised and this is a great place to start.
And for wusses like me who won't go in for less than 20C, why not make the most of the next few sessions before it gets too chilly for us?

it’s getting hot out there 🥵

a quick update for you! we’ve taken a decision to shift our opening hours back one hour for Wednesday and Thursday this week. come and get your coffee and cake fix early, then its time for a siesta in the afternoon - spanish style💃🏻
