About Grace's Gift

To the parents and families who have found their way to our page, we want you to know that you are not alone in your journey of baby loss. Our mission is to provide comfort and support to bereaved families who have experienced the profound loss of their precious babies. We understand the depth of the pain and heartache that accompanies such a loss, and we're here to offer a helping hand during this challenging journey.

At Grace's Gift, we are dedicated to providing compassionate support for bereaved families in the Cwm Taff area. Graces Gift has been an integral part of the community since our inception in 2008.

🌟 Aims Achieved Through Early Work 🌟

Grace's Gift Memorial Fund has been an active presence in the Cwm Taff area since 2008, and our early work has laid a strong foundation for supporting bereaved families who have lost their babies. Our efforts have led to significant achievements in the following areas:
1. Maternal Health Awareness: Through our dedicated campaigns and initiatives, we successfully raised awareness about maternal health. Our efforts have empowered expectant mothers with knowledge, enabling them to make informed decisions for a healthier pregnancy.
2. Foetal Wellbeing: We've made substantial strides in promoting foetal wellbeing within our community. Our educational programs and resources have helped families understand the importance of prenatal care and its impact on the health of their babies.
3. Understanding the Rhythm of Life in the Womb: Our early work has fostered a deeper connection between parents and their unborn children. By providing valuable information and resources, we've helped families appreciate and cherish the beautiful journey of life within the womb.
4. Collaboration with ABM University Health Trust: Our partnership with the ABM University Health Trust has borne fruit in terms of improved support for expectant and grieving families. Together, we've enhanced the quality of care provided, ensuring that families receive the support they need during this challenging period.
5. Community Midwives: Our collaboration with community midwives has been instrumental in offering essential support to expectant mothers and their families. We've worked tirelessly to ensure that every family receives the care and guidance necessary for a healthy pregnancy. In our ongoing commitment to offering comfort and support during the grieving process we are currently working on our new project designed to provide comfort during the grieving process. We understand that the loss of a child is a deeply painful experience, and our aim is to offer a source of comfort, understanding, and connection to bereaved parents during their most difficult moments. What an incredible Christmas Fayre! 🎄
We want to say a massive thank you to all our amazing stall holders, our wonderful customers, and of course Santa and his brilliant elves for bringing the magic to life. 🎅✨
A special shout-out to the The Hi Tide Inn management team and especially Justin, who went above and beyond all day and was super helpful to everyone. To our amazing volunteers who give thier time to help set up and work incredibly hard to make this day happen — we truly appreciate you! 🙌✨
We welcomed around 1,000 plus visitors through the doors, and the atmosphere was unbelievable. Thank you for your support, your smiles, and for making the day so special.
We can’t wait to welcome you all back again in 2026! ❤️
