💜 NO TRICKS, JUST SUPPORT YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE 💜

One of the greatest things you can give someone is your time.

Make time for a friend.
Visit a family member.
Chat with a neighbour.
Spend time with someone who might be feeling lonely.

Sometimes simply knowing that someone has chosen to spend time with you can mean so much. 🫶

🎃 TODAY’S CHALLENGE:
Give someone your time today.

TIME + KINDNESS = CONNECTION. 💜

💜 NO TRICKS, JUST SUPPORT 💜

You don’t need to fix everything for someone.

Sometimes being the person who:

💬 Checks in
👂 Listens
🫶 Understands
🤝 Stays

can be enough.

You don’t have to have all the answers to support someone.

🎃 TODAY’S REMINDER:
Be someone’s safe place. 💜
