'Thank You Sir Kev', the new documentary covering the story of Sir Kevin Sinfield's amazing challenges in support of MNDA is on BBC 1 tonight, and available on i-player now.

You can support the fundraising effort too by buying a limited edition print of our official portrait of Sir Kev and Rob Burrow; created with their cooperation and blessing to raise funds for MNDA and Rob Burrow MND Centre at Seacroft Hospital.

The original painting hangs in pride-of-place at the Rob Burrow centre but you can have your own copy, signed and numbered by the artist. An opportunity to own a wonderful image of a friendship that will endure forever and titled 'Brothers in Arms'.

Tony Christie is back in Yorkshire on Saturday 21 November for a private concert and dinner at The Queen’s Hotel, Leeds. There’ll be a two-course dinner, a private bar, a full live set with his band, and hopefully the chance to say hello!

The Yorkshire Society was founded in 1980 as a non-political and not-for-profit organisation to protect and celebrate our region’s culture and unique identity.

Since then, we have gone on to bring together individuals, businesses, charities and other organisations to create a community where ideas can be shared and businesses can feel supported and promoted.

Continuing with this theme, we have recently launched our latest ‘Solo’ membership tier in aid of supporting individuals who have set-up their businesses or working in a freelance capacity.
