If you are finding that your body feels a bit stiff after a long day, your shoulders are holding tension or you just need to unwind after work, you don’t need to travel into the city for a busy gym class.
I have been teaching local yoga groups right here in Eye for 15 years. Every Tuesday at 6:30 PM, I run a dedicated 60-minute Gentle Mobility & Core Strength session in the cosy, quiet Lounge at Manor Farm.
This October, I am officially opening the doors to new members and the wider community to fill our final few autumn spaces. Book yours on

Welcome to my yoga classes booking system. Here you will be able to book your place in Helpston, Eye and in Maxey classes as well as workshops and retreats.
