We welcome the dropping of the legal action against Jeff Thomson brought in response to his public interest local campaigning.

Today, all can read virtually the full story about legal action brought against Jeff Thomson, by Leo Group Omega Proteins. It is covered in the Cumberland and Westmorland Herald ! That's three years, defending against a defamation claim which Leo Group Omega Proteins then 'discontinued'. Now, hopefully, the Fresh AIR for Penrith campaign can get on with the principle objective....identifying the source of, and stopping, the Penrith 'pong' !
This will not be an easy feat with this page still being monitored for any 'slip ups' ! The page, its posts and comments, are being followed ! ! !

However, it is not !
