Stillhet Yoga’s 6 week Summer Pop-Up Vinyasa Class is back and available for booking now.

It is for a limited 6 week period every Tuesday 7pm at Parbold Village Hall starting from 21st July.

Summer pop-up classes are uplifting 60 minute vinyasa flows for all levels. A perfect summer pick-me-up aimed at developing strength, flexibility and balance by linking movement with breath. You will enjoy the benefit of an energising vinyasa practice ending with a nourishing relaxation leaving you feeling completely balanced in body and mind.

Classes this year are inspired by the stories behind postures like Anjaneyasana (low lunge) and Vrikshasana (tree pose) so whether you’re switching things up and trying something new or looking to return to your mat after time away, come indulge yourself in both myth and movement this summer.

☀️ I have 2 exciting summer days planned for the summer holidays! Which one will you come to?

🧡 On Friday 7th August at 10pm - Emma and I are back with a Love2learn and Let’s Pretend collaboration at Wild Mint Cafe in Appley Bridge. This time we will be learning all about Z Z Zog! There’s no booking link for this one - just message me to secure your place! 1 hour of fun with a free babyccino and toast for just £12! *This event is aimed at 2-6 year olds x

💜 On Tuesday 18th August, I will be holding my summer special events for a discounted price of just £7! ☀️There will be hot/cold drinks and biscuits available for donations.

☀️Cards/puzzles will be available - bring a book or your knitting!
