Another one of our Chatty Cafe superstars has secured a new job with a local charity where she will be assistant manager helping to run the centre starting next month.
Gillian Elliott Shields first joined us as a volunteer then became a vital part of our workforce and has been with us for almost 3 years.
Our Wednesday Club presented her with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, designed by A Walk in the Park - Florist.
We are all very proud of you Gillian 🤩
Good luck 🍀

The attendees were nominated to attend the prestigious event after making a difference in their community.

They included Provost Civic Award 2026 winner Annette McPhie who won Community Champion for her decades of service across the Vale of Leven and beyond.
