Southern Fellowship of Woodworkers The Southern Fellowship of Woodworkers has around 100 members - why not join us? In the winter, guest speakers give talks and demonstrations.

There are regular monthly evening meetings from September to April, excepting December.These meeting are held on the fourth Thursday of each month at the The Cross Barn, Palace Gate Farm, Odiham, Hampshire, RG29 1JX. Notable speakers have included Robert Ingham; Martin Grierson; Richard Williams; Andrew Crawford; Phillip Koomen; Matthew Burt; Ramon Weston; James Mursell; John Lloyd; Richard Eldert

on; James Ryan and Mark Ripley. In the summer we have visits to equipment suppliers, manufacturers, saw mills, museums, exhibitions, professional workshops but we also visit members’ workshops to see how they have set-up their equipment and view the projects that they have made.

We've had a last-minute change to our advertised meeting, and what a swap it is! Gervais is stepping off the subs' bench to deliver 'Sawyer's Post Bag: answers to common questions PLUS the latest wood science news.'

Gervais is a fantastic speaker and this promises to be a really engaging evening – whether you've got burning questions or just want to keep up with what's new in wood science, come along!
