We have received this message from Mark Hallam, the Assistant Curator at the Royal Lancers & Nottinghamshire Yeomanry Museum, Thoresby Park, Nottinghamshire

We've received a Centurion Tank from Bovington in need of an external restoration, without any turret bins. We're looking at having to fabricate them ourselves. I've tried asking for them from museums who's army used Centurions i.e. Holland, Sweden, Denmark. I even tried Jordan when I visited their tank museum (it's good and recommended for a visit).

Are there any members out there that have any information that could help with this restoration?

Thank you

MVT - MILITARY VEHICLE CENSUS RESULTS
Most ex-military vehicle owners are likely to own between 2 and 3 vehicles - This is the finding of the The Military Vehicle Trust's first ever UK military vehicle Census, looking at what vehicles are out there in the UK, where they are and their condition. This makes for very interesting reading - https://www.mvt.org.uk/the-mvt-survey-2025.html.

If you want to know more about the results from this survey check out Ben Matthews new podcast where he goes through it in detail with the MVT Chair, Tim Hawkes - https://youtu.be/Qjn-Z1Q58vI?si=9SOTdl9mwG8Vg8x3
