Four of 's cadets have had an unforgettable day as they took their first Air Experience Flights.
Huge congratulations to Cadets Cambers, Day, Dunn, and Townsend who took to the skies over North Yorkshire courtesy of 9/11 AEF based at RAF Leeming.
From taking the controls of RAFAC's primary aircraft used for AEF, the Grob Tutor T1, to experiencing the thrill of aerobatics as they soared through the clouds, all four cadets got to see first hand what it takes to fly an aircraft.
Everyone came back down to earth buzzing, with Cdts Cambers, Day, Dunn, and Townsend also earning their coveted Blue Wings.
A big thank you to the amazing pilots and ground crew at 9/11 AEF for making this milestone in our cadets' RAFAC journey so memorable.
As a Squadron we're so proud to watch our cadets soar and embrace incredible opportunities like this within the Royal Air Force Air Cadets.
