We are enrolling new females into our fun fitness hub which is a recognized safe space 🥰 .

If you are feeling the urge to be part of something new , we would love you to come see us , shake of the stay at home blues and mingle with other fabulous girlies with lots of laughter and friendships made here , we know you won't regret it .. 💪🏼😊

Our sessions are designed from beginner level , to get you mingling and moving . You just need to reach out make that first step and you'll not look back ..

We have our ✨ magical rainbow den for little ones 👶🏼 if you are a mummy . You can enjoy a little respite while working out .

You do not have to be a mum to be part of the sisterhood though ... You girls can join us from age 15+ or if your kiddies have all grown up 😁
