The Befriending Network is all about building meaningful friendships which enrich the lives of all involved.

We have a wide range of ages and experiences within our volunteering team and recognise that everyone has something different to offer.

We offer Face to Face befriending, Telephone Befriending or a combination of the two. We encourage weekly contact in order for the befriending to have a significant impact. If you think this could be for you please contact us at [email protected] or by calling 01638 608048.

DRIVERS NEEDED // We're looking for more Community Car Service drivers in Brandon ๐Ÿš— Can you help?

Volunteers use their own vehicles to help people attend all sorts of journeys, including medical appointments, who would otherwise really struggle.

Volunteering is a two way street. In return for your time and support you'll get some fantastic things back, including the opportunity to meet new people and make friends, new skills (accredited MiDAS training), lots of useful things to put on your CV, out of pocket expenses and you'll be making a positive difference to your Community.

Please get in touch with our team if you think this could be the rewarding role you've been looking for - 01638 608022 or email [email protected]
