🍂⏰ As British Summer Time comes to an end, we’re looking back on a summer full of fun, laughter and fantastic memories with PALS (West Berkshire)! ☀️💛

From meeting the adorable alpacas 🦙 to soaking up the atmosphere at Reading Festival 🎶, making a splash at our Cheam pool party 💦, getting caught up in the excitement of Krazy Races 🏎️ and celebrating the special occasion of Jess’s baby shower 👶🩷, it’s been a summer to remember!

We’ve loved bringing everyone together for these brilliant events, sharing smiles, making memories and enjoying every moment along the way. 🥰

As the evenings get darker and the clocks go back, we might be saying goodbye to summer, but the fun doesn’t stop here! 🍁✨

We’ve had so much fun getting creative in preparation for Halloween! 🎨✨ From pepper carving and making spooky Oreo bats 🦇 to experimenting with melted crayons on pumpkins 🎃🌈, it’s been a fantastic time full of creativity, laughter and a little bit of Halloween magic! 🧡🖤

We loved exploring different ideas, getting hands-on and bringing our spooky creations to life! 👻🍂

💚 World Mental Health Day 2026 | Mental Health Matters for Everyone

Living with a physical disability can affect far more than the body. It can impact confidence, independence, relationships, work, and everyday life. The emotional challenges can sometimes be invisible—but they are very real.

This World Mental Health Day, let’s remember that mental health and physical health are deeply connected. People with physical disabilities deserve access to mental health support that is inclusive, accessible, and free from judgement.

Let’s listen without assumptions.
Let’s make spaces genuinely accessible.
Let’s challenge stigma.
And let’s remind each other that asking for help is a sign of strength—not weakness. 💚

Disability is part of the human experience. Mental health support should be too.
