PALS (West Berkshire) A West Berkshire Charity that provides activities for children and young people aged between 5-25 with physical disabilities.

We provide leisure and recreational activities for children and young people between the ages of 5 and 18, who primarily have a physical disability. We do a variety of activities, from trips out to attractions, to craft sessions, games, parties, residential trips and more!

Somehow he's ended up in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia 🇲🇳 sightseeing and (we have it on good authority) enjoying a beer 🍺 all in the name of supporting the amazing Neil "Fox" Fox, who is running an utterly bonkers ultra marathon for Swings and Smiles and PALS.

While we love Pals Pete for making the trip. what Foxy really needs are any spare pennies you have, if at all possible please to support these two amazing charities. Thank you so much. xx
