The conference will focus on the theme ‘Just Talk,’ addressing the challenges of communication in a world increasingly shaped by disinformation and brief, often misleading sound bites.

🫂 Recently, students from St John Payne Catholic School in Chelmsford contributed to a national resource for Refugee Week 2026.

Offering their reflections on both courage and community, a video featuring student recordings is now available to view as part of a collective worship assembly resource created by Caritas Brentwood and Caritas Social Action Network.

ICYMI: The Laudato Si' Champions Toolkit has been updated and re-released by the Guardians of Creation Project at St Mary's, Twickenham.

Created to be used by educators, the resource has seen international usage for prayer services, events and catechesis.

Refugee Week is an opportunity to celebrate the role that refugees play in our society. With the Caritas Social Action Network (CSAN), we have created a Collective Worship Assembly for use in our Catholic Secondary Schools, introducing students to Refugee Week and this year’s theme of courage.
