Housing Officer – No Labelz
LGBT Out in the Bay | Morecambe
16 hours per week • £13 per hour
£208 gross per week | £10,816 gross per year (52-week equivalent)
Help young people aged 18–25 build a safer, more stable future through our No Labelz supported housing service. We are looking for an organised, approachable Housing Officer to help manage our accommodation and make sure residents receive a consistent, professional housing service.
What you’ll do
• Support housing inductions, occupancy arrangements and residents’ housing responsibilities.
• Keep accurate housing, rent, Housing Benefit and property records.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, safety reporting and housing-related follow-up.
• Work with young people, support colleagues and external agencies on safe move-on pathways.
• Follow safeguarding, confidentiality and equality procedures.
What we’re looking for
Experience in housing, supported accommodation or a related service; excellent organisation and communication; sound judgement; and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred working. Knowledge of Housing Benefit and property compliance would be an advantage.

LGBT Out in the Bay supports people across Lancaster and Morecambe through community services, youth activities and No Labelz housing. Our housing support has an LGBT+ focus and welcomes eligible young people of all identities.
