HEALTH & WELL-BEING at MoHUB

Your voice matters – and we’re here to listen.

Your MoHUB provides Health & Wellbeing sessions with our trained youth work team, led by our amazing Health Youth Worker, Ashley! 💚

From chats about mental health and body image to tackling bullying, nutrition, and everything in between – Ashley and our team are here to support you, with age-appropriate content shaped by what you want to talk about.

💥 Fun, relaxed and 100% youth-led. Plus, it all happens during your regular MoHUB Junior and Senior sessions – so you can still enjoy gaming, crafts and pool while taking care of your mental health. 🎮🎨🎱

We only have spaces available for the following MoHUB Junior sessions:

If your child is on one of our waiting lists, please ensure they only attend once you’ve received an official invitation and payment request.
