Stepping into the Wellbeing Woods this past weekend 🌿✨

We had the chance to visit the inspiring work of NEW Solutions CIC at their Wellbeing Woods. They have used the Change for Good Fund to deliver free outdoor permaculture sessions for the community.

From hands-on woodland crafts to learning the principles of permaculture, these sessions are all about reconnecting with nature in meaningful, practical ways. Participants are building skills, confidence, and creativity, all while spending time outdoors 🌱

It’s about more than just learning; it’s about well-being, too. Time spent in woodland spaces can reduce stress, boost mood, and create a real sense of connection with both nature and others.

With support from the Change for Good Fund and the dedication of everyone at New Solutions, this project is creating something really special in the woods, and we can’t wait to come back again soon

An incredible project making a real difference 💚

Lights out… planet on 🌍✨

This Earth Hour, we are “switching off”

🕣 Join millions around the world on Saturday 28 March 2026, 8:30–9:30pm (your local time) and switch off your lights for one hour.

Why? Because small actions add up. Earth Hour, led by World Wide Fund for Nature, is a global reminder that energy use, climate change, and biodiversity loss are all connected, and that we have the power to make a difference.

⚡ Switching off helps:
• Reduce energy demand (even briefly, it sends a powerful signal)
• Spark conversations about climate action
• Show support for a more sustainable future

And yes… we’re doing it to the soundtrack of “Turn the Lights Off” by Steven Roho 🎶💡 because the vibe fits perfectly.

So whether you’re lighting candles, stargazing, or just taking a mindful pause, be part of something bigger.
