**FREE REPAIR CAFE: WEDNESDAY at the Brittons Ash Community Hall 2pm - 4pm** What can our volunteers help you mend/ repair/ reuse? Could you volunteer your skills once a month to help run this vital community resource?

🔎Our Monthly Repair Café Team are ready to help from 2pm at the Brittons Ash Community Hall next to West Monkton Primary School!
🗓 The Repair Café runs on the third Wednesday of the month, so the following date after this one is Wednesday 19th July.

Wellbeing Wednesday's is run at the Brittons Ash Community Hall on a Wednesday alongside the community cafe 1-3pm. We are a peer led group of volunteers.

It is open to everyone, of any age. Pop along just for a cuppa tea or coffee.

Feel free to bring along any craft or art projects you are doing or we will have an activity planned for those who may wish to try something new. You don,t have to partake in the arts and crafts, come along just for a chat to find out about things going on in the local area or just to socialise.

For the arts and crafts we focus on how engaging in a activity is great for our mental wellbeing and the beauty is in engaging in it, the outcome doesn't matter.

We focus on our own wellbeing and that looks different for everyone. Our volunteers have a wide range of knowledge around subjects such as activity/fitness/mental wellbeing/lots of arts and craft knowledge and lots of other stuff too.

The group is free to attend and refreshments are provided too. Donations welcome but not a requirement.

The Heathfield Community Pain Cafe offers a friendly, welcoming space where you can meet others who understand, share experiences, and discover practical skills and tips to help you live better with pain.
✨ All welcome ✨ No referral needed ✨ Friendly chat and a cuppa ✨ Skills and tips to help you manage daily life with pain.

Don't forget that we have two FREE weekly groups to entertain and support our families and young people in our community:
🥤🎵🎨 Our popular Youth Cafe at the Brittons Ash Community Hall - a safe space to hang out with friends with free hot chocolate and snacks, as well as pool/ table tennis, sports, crafts and music. All local young people aged 11+ are welcome every Wednesday 3.30pm - 5.30pm during term time.
🧸🧩☕ Our family friendly Stay & Play group at the Brittons Ash Community Hall for the under 5s and their parents/ carers - an opportunity for the little ones to socialise and play while you have a chat and a cuppa. Thursdays from 10.30am - 12pm.
