🧸 Exploring careers in Early Years 🎒

This week, our Head of Early Years Operations, Sara, joined the Future Ready class in Yeovil to give students a crash course in careers in Early Years!

From exploring a day in the life to discovering the fantastic transferable skills a career in Early Years can offer, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, it was a great opportunity to show just how rewarding a career in this sector can be.

"It was great to talk to learners on our Future Ready programme about the incredible opportunities within Early Years. The sector needs passionate, caring individuals, and it’s so important that young people understand the rewarding careers available and the lasting difference they can make in a child’s life." - Sara Fennelly, SS&L Head of Early Years Operations
