Kidz Konnekt is a Children & Young Peoples Charity providing a range of Youth Services.

Kidz Konnekt is a Children and Young People's Charity in the North of England providing a range of Youth Services. We provide Youth Clubs for 8-18yrs of age, positive activities, school holiday programs, volunteering opportunities, work experience and vocational learning for young 13-24yrs of age. We provide a range of services for schools, youth groups and parents in sport, outdoor activities, music and team work.

👨 Young people learnt statistics about mens mental health, all about Movember and Andy's man club and the support services that are available for men to access...

🎨 Our young people produced some amazing posters supporting men and raising awareness for men's mental health.

🎃 38 pumpkins carved today...we have some very talented and artistic young people...

🧡 A huge thank you to everyone who donated pumpkins for us. You made 38 young people very happy Donna Lane

🕷 We have played blind folded games today and fished out spiders to win sweets...

🎯 We have used the sports hall at Eston Lesiure centre for Archery, all young people throughly enjoyed the activity and having the opportunity to try...

🍪🦴 Today we had "Kidz Konnekt Bake Off!!! And what a bake off it was, our group today learnt how to follow a recipe, weigh ingredients, roll out the dough and finally get to decorate them...

🦇17 young bakers made 75 gingerbread and shortbread skeletons and bats...

🎃👻🦇 We also started getting into the halloween spirit by decorating Kidz Konnekt ready for pumpkin carving tomorrow...

P.S- the biscuits went down a treat 😋

⚽️🏐 Today we definitely got our hearts racing and getting those steps in by playing football, dodge ball and rounders in the sports hall...

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 We played capture the flag in our outdoor space, nerf guns and laser tag...

🎱🏓 We also had table tennis, air hockey, pool and crafts on offer...

❤️ Friday night was our final session with Teissy from TeesDance.

❤️ Our young people have throughly enjoyed their time learning to dance and have gained so much confidence!!!

🦋 We have had a very busy Monday today. We have been to Butterfly World to learn about the different species of butterflies, we learnt facts about the monkeys and meerkat's...

⛸️Round two we went ice skating at Billingham forum. Young supported each other in learning how to skate, encouraged each other and celebrated each other's achievements learning to skate. Well done everyone!!!

🕷 Tonight we have continued with the autumnal theme from outdoor club and made conker spiders to keep the spiders away...

Let's hope these work as spiders are definitely getting bigger 🕷
