If you’re coping with loss and looking for a safe, understanding space to talk, listen, or simply be around others who “get it,” Grieving Hearts is here for you.
We meet every Saturday at the moment we are at marton community centre, 10 to 12
There’s no pressure to speak, no expectations, and no judgement — just a friendly, supportive group of people who understand how heavy grief can feel.
Whether your loss is recent or years have passed, you’re always welcome.
If you know someone who might benefit from a little extra support, please share this with them.
