Our friends back at Furnistore are reopening after their new roof!

The wait is almost over! 💚 After our temporary closure, we’re so pleased to announce that Furnistore will be reopening on Thursday 3rd September, from 10am–4pm! 🛋️✨

Sadly due to our ongoing building works we have taken the decision to cancel Septembers Saturday Sale.

We are still unable to take donations. Please do not leave these outside they pose a hazard to our elderly users.

We hope to be back up and running again soon.

𝙃𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝘿𝙖𝙮!

Our day centre in Merstham is a happy place where friendships are made every day, between members, volunteers, staff or Trustees.

In the Men’s Shed we make, mend and tinker but chat and laugh over a cuppa.

For those unable to attend the centre we offer our Befriending service, a regular friendly face to visit lonely older members of our community.

Congratulations to one of our volunteers Kitty Cubbage who picked up a Volunteer Award from Mayor of the Borough of Reigate and Banstead for all her dedication and commitment to Age Concern Merstham Redhill and Reigate over the last 5 years.

Kitty helps us out with admin and office work at the centre but also turns up to some of our events and to assist our members on the minibus when we need a hand.

Thank you Kitty for all your help and support over the years and Congratulations on your award.
