Last week, we held an art exhibition at our Horley Health Hub to celebrate Refugee Week.

This was an opportunity for visitors and staff to learn more about the first-hand experiences of refugees and to celebrate the incredible work of our Refugee and Asylum Seeker Service.

Thank you to everyone who helped make Refugee Week such a meaningful celebration.

As we mark Pride Month this June, we’re proud to continue building an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.

Our LGBTQ+ Inclusion Champion, Kellie Tamkin, has shared a reflection on why Pride is not only a time for celebration, but also for education and meaningful action. It’s an important reminder that creating an inclusive culture is a shared responsibility, one that extends beyond this month.

Take a moment to read Kellie’s blog on our website: https://allianceforbettercare.org/2026/06/01/pride-month-a-time-for-education-and-reflection/

As we celebrate Pride Month, we come together to reflect and reaffirm our commitment to creating an inclusive environment for everyone. Pride is not only a celebration of identity and community…
