Today I was feeling a bit slow going. I think every now and again life just catches up with me. From working part time, running a business, being fun and present with Penny to making time for my self, recent stress over our dog and after a week off from Glowing I just felt a bit slow.

But once today’s session had ended, I felt good! Really good and clear and calm. Chatting away to everyone sharing stories really makes me happy. We come for the babies, but I like to think we are here for each other as well!

Having that safe and happy environment to allow the babies to play and socialise allows us to socialise and destress. It reminds me why I wanted to do this!

I’m not sure if I’m making sense but I just wanted to say, thank you..I needed that today 🫶🏼
