The Community Support Hub

The Community Support Hub Me and My Learning aims to support those who are unemployed aged 16+ years by indentifying barriers they may face towards independent living .

Within the building there are various different providers all working to support you, some of our providers include:

- Adult Learning Leicestershire
- Aspiro - Mental Health employment service
- Business2Business - Employment support for those aged 16-24years (ESF and SFA funded)
- CAB - Debt advice
- CAN - Drug & Alcohol Support
- Clockwise Credit Union
- Let's Talk Wellbeing - NHS counselling


- Melton & District Money Advice Centre - debt and money management service.
- The Princes' Trust - Development Programme
- Remploy - Mental Health, Physical Disability and Learning Difficulties
- Working Links - Employment & Skills

We also have our mentors who can support you with finding work as well housing and benefit issues and will work with you during your time at Me and My Learning for as long as you require.

We are looking for a dynamic and highly versatile individual to join a multi-faceted team as a Mentor with a focus on resettlement. The role will mostly comprise of case-management focussing on improving outcomes for Melton residents through an initial Triage assessment to enable Digital, Financial and Social Independence.
