This month’s session is special! Alongside the usual offer, we’ll be joined by Melton Family Hubs – local centres supporting families, children, and young people (up to age 25 for those with SEND).

They offer:
Parenting support
Mental health resources
Education and social care advice
Stay & Play groups
SEND drop-ins
Housing advice
Sensory rooms
Early years communication and language support

At Community Connect you can:
-Get help with forms, emails, Universal Credit and benefit applications
-Use laptops in our Mobile Digital Suite
-Meet local coordinators, mentors and trusted partners
-Share ideas and make your voice heard

What a great morning we had at The Community Support Hub for our Macmillian coffee morning. We raised £101.50 for the charity. Thank you to our partners and residents who donated and enjoyed the lovely cakes.
