We are absolutely delighted that our new Mayor of Marlow has chosen DAM to be her charity of the year. To have the services and support that we offer local dementia sufferers and their families recognised by her, means such a lot, and will hopefully help spread the word even further within our community.

Come and join our happy band of volunteers!!

We are looking for folks who can help drive our minibus on Tuesday afternoons.
It involves collecting friends and carers around Marlow at about 1pm and bringing them to our social session at the Pugin Rooms. And then taking them home again at around 3.15pm. There is always a DAM volunteer es**rt to help on the bus too.

Even one or two Tuesdays a month would be really helpful!

Dementia Action Marlow are very pleased to have been presented with the Heart of Bucks award for the “Best Community Collaboration” Award last Thursday for our work with Horizon Rehabilitation and our weekly “Lets Get Moving” sessions.
These have really helped our friends, and made noticeable improvements to their physical abilities - as well as having lots of fun. This is one of three varied sessions we run every week, plus a monthly Carers Group.
