Our watchdog called the Regulator of Social Housing inspected us this summer and has given us an excellent report.

We achieved…

✅The highest grades for the way we are run and our financial strength – G1/V1.

✅A strong C2 rating for the way we are delivering for our customers – just one step away from the top grade.

What this means is you can be confident FCHO is doing a good job, is proactive in listening and responding to your needs and we can continue investing in existing homes, building new ones and delivering quality services.

We're not complacent, though. You have told us in some areas we need to do better for example we're working hard to improve the speed of repairs, how we manage anti-social behaviour and delivering even better outcomes for our customers.

🚫 Taking action on fly-tipping

Fly-tipping has a negative impact on our neighbourhoods and we're committed to tackling it.

Following a recent report, evidence was identified which enabled our Neighbourhoods team to trace the person responsible. After being contacted, the individual admitted ownership of the dumped items and arranged for a skip to be delivered to remove the waste.

✅ This case shows that we investigate reports and take action where evidence is available.

If you spot fly-tipping in your area, please report it to us so we can help keep our neighbourhoods clean and safe.
