Nurse Dessie had the pleasure of hosting a Teddy Bears' Picnic today, sharing stories about the Windrush generation with all her new teddy bear friends! 🧸✨

She also told them all about our upcoming Let's Not Forget: A Walk in the Past launch, where she will be the star of the show! 🌟

Join us on 17th September for our special launch event, where you'll have the chance to meet Dessie and discover our brand-new heritage trail, celebrating stories of resilience, community, and history.

This exciting project has been made possible thanks to funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund UK.
