A relaxed, inclusive session where children can celebrate their interests, be creative and have fun.

A friendly drop-in to listen, be heard and sit alongside parents who just get it
No judgement
No pressure
No formal diagnosis needed
Whether you need to offload, ask questions, or simply drink a cuppa in a room that feels safe this is for you.
We’re also supported by Roots&Wings SEN legal trained facilitators who can guide and assist with EHCP and DLA applications if needed.

Our sensory activities will encourage children to explore through:

Children will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of sensory trays and activities, enjoy outdoor play, meet new friends and explore the park in a safe and welcoming environment

We are so excited to share our Summer 2026 programme with you!❤️
We've put together a range of sensory-friendly activities, themed sessions and family meet-ups designed to give children opportunities to play, create, explore and connect in a relaxed and welcoming environment

📆22.07 – Summer Party (£5)
🧢Design a summer cap, make bracelets, enjoy bubbles, water play and sensory fun.
📆05.08 – Fairy & Potion Academy (£5)
🧚Create fairy wands, mix magical potions and explore a world of sensory magic
📆10.08 – Friends of Fen Sensory Session (FREE)
🌳Join us at Fen Park for outdoor sensory play, exploration and family connection. Bring a picnic and join us for a guided session with friends of fen park!
📆12.08 – K-Pop Sensory Party (£5)
🎤Photocard crafts, friendship bracelets, sensory trays, music and creative fun.
📆19.08 – Science Sensory Lab (£5)
🔬Hands-on experiments, volcanoes, oobleck, balloon rockets and sensory science.

As always, our sessions are designed to be welcoming, inclusive and neurodiversity-affirming, with opportunities for children to participate in ways that work for them.

Join us in August where we will be bringing some of our sensory resources to the wonderful Lowestoft and Waveney breastfeeding supports summer picnic to celebrate world breastfeeding week 💕💕

This year we have a very exciting event for you with our first World Breastfeeding Week picnic!

When - Saturday 1st August 2026
Where - Nicholas Everitt's Park, near the band stand
Time - 11am- 2pm

Come and join us, bring your babies and your older children. Bring a picnic and a blanket and come and celebrate your journey.
