Our aim is to use sport to attract and engage with disadvantaged young people from London who are at risk of disengagement or deprivation. We deliver a wide range of educational services and opportunities for them to be active, learn new skills and improve their employment. OUR MISSION
Our mission is to support and help young people aged 14-19 through providing support and activities which

develop their skills, capacity and capabilities to enable them to participate in and integrate into society as independent, mature and responsible individuals. OUR VISION

“Talent alone is not enough” 🗣️

As part of Raise Your Game: 30 for 30 in partnership with The Black Curriculum, we joined former Premier League defender Michael Duberry at Pop Brixton for a session exploring identity, leadership and personal development 💭

shared stories from his journey through football, reflecting on the highs, setbacks and lessons that have shaped him both on and off the pitch, alongside insights from his new book, Raise Your Game 📘

The afternoon finished with an interview and discussion led by Tahmina Rahman, creating space to talk about mindset, discipline, resilience and what success really looks like beyond football ✨

Inflexion x Kinetic Football Tournament 2026 🏆⚽️

A record-breaking year with an incredible £44,250 raised for Kinetic 💛🖤

Now in its 5th year, this year’s tournament was our biggest yet with 25 teams from across Inflexion’s adviser network coming together at Powerleague Shepherd’s Bush 🙌

What makes this event special is that every team is joined by one of our young people. Football has a unique way of bringing people together and creating connections, conversations and opportunities that go far beyond the pitch 🤝

Huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the day such a success 💫
