was founded by a former UK Special Forces soldier. was started by two men in Arizona, one of them a former police officer.

Veterans and blue light are the two communities The Ops Con exists for, so putting them on one table made sense to us.

We carried the Black Edition Operator decanter over from the UK as a gift for our brother , and he had exactly the right thing to fill it.

Their founder, Dan, and our founder, Fraser, served together.

The Ops Con exists to put shared service to work, so the people leaving now don't start from scratch.

Dan's spent the years since leaving the military building Ambassador Training Academy in Prescot. Regulated security, close protection and pre-hospital trauma training, taught by instructors still working in the industry. Qualified, confident and prepared for the work.

We take our time over each partner. Ambassador hold the same values we do. First partner we've had in the North West, too.

First aid and travel risk training out of Bicester, delivered UK wide.

What sets them apart is who is stood at the front. More than 25 years of military and emergency medical service, and instructors who have used these skills in the most difficult environments there are. They teach from that so that you can leave the course feeling confident to use what you have learnt.

On the medical side: First Aid at Work, FREC 3, FPOS(I), paediatric and outdoor, and mental health first aid. All instructor led.
