✨ 5, 6, 7, 8… the A Chorus Line box office is officially OPEN! 🎟️

This September, step onto the line with us at Putney Arts Theatre for a very special staging of the classic musical. From the first audition call to the final kick line, A Chorus Line is a love letter to dancers, dreamers, and everyone who has ever put everything on the line for one singular sensation.

And for this production, the experience doesn’t just start when the curtain rises. A limited number of immersive tickets will be available for each performance, giving selected audience members the chance to step even closer into the world of the show and be part of this iconic opening moment alongside the cast.

Here’s everything you need to know about our immersive tickets for A Chorus Line. Our box office is opening for general sale soon, so make sure you’re first in line if you want to get your hands on one of these tickets! 🎟️

For every performance, 4 ticket holders will be invited to open the show with the cast in the iconic opening number — before returning to their seats to enjoy the rest of the show.

No dance experience needed, just enthusiasm and a willingness to step into the spotlight.

Tickets go on sale soon, so keep your eyes peeled for our box office announcement. These are very limited — once they’re gone, they’re gone. ✨

The box office for A Chorus Line is opening soon… and this is not your average ticket drop. 👀

For this very special production, every show will include 4 immersive tickets, giving ticket holders the chance to open the show alongside the cast in that iconic opening dance number.

⭐ Don - A charismatic and confident dancer with a great sense of humour. Married with children, he’s balancing family life with his passion for performing.

⭐ Greg - A thoughtful and witty dancer who speaks candidly about his experiences growing up and finding his place in the world.

We’re looking for Fabulous directors, choreographers who love to pop and lock (or even jam and break), musical directors who know the difference between a cello and a giant violin, and producers with the vision to give audiences what they want AND what they planned.

We welcome applications from full teams or individuals who want to be part of something new. Unapologetically herself. Val is frank, funny, and entirely without shame about the fact she had surgery to get hired. Her number is a comic showstopper delivered with complete self-possession. She is not a victim of the industry – she gamed it, and she won.

We would be very interested to cast a trans, female presenting actor in this role.

Could you be our Paul?

Paul is a gay Puerto Rican dancer whose monologue about his past – dancing in drag, his parents seeing him, the shame and the love all tangled together – is arguably the single most important scene in the show. He doesn’t sing it. He just tells it, and it destroys you.

What we’re looking for:
* Latin male presenting performer
* Tenor / baritone
* Mid - late 20s
* Strong mover
