Whether you're pregnant, have a new baby, or simply want to chat about feeding your baby, our friendly peer supporters are here to help. Meet other local parents, share experiences, and get evidence-based support in a welcoming environment.

📍 Groups run Monday to Friday across Lambeth
🤝 Partners and grandparents welcome at selected sessions
💜 Free to attend

📚 Enjoy Books Together! 📚

The Lambeth Parent Champion team in partnership with Coram Beanstalk are inviting families with children aged 2-5 years to join our free Books Together sessions.

Come along and enjoy: ✨ Storytime 🎨 Crafts 🎵 Songs 📖 Tips and ideas for sharing books with your child.

The sessions are designed for parents/carers and children to attend together and will help children develop a love of books while building confidence in reading aloud.

We're delighted to let you know Breathe Melodies for Mums is returning to Liz Atkinson Children's Centre and Jubilee Children's Centre from October. Registrations are now open at https://breatheahr.org/forms/breathe-melodies-for-mums-lambeth-registration-form/

Breathe Melodies for Mums is a free, evidence-based singing programme for mums with babies aged 0-9 months who may be experiencing low mood, anxiety, isolation, or symptoms of postnatal depression. The programme provides a welcoming, supportive space where mums can connect with others, strengthen their bond with their baby, and take time for their own wellbeing. No singing experience is needed, and mums self-refer via our website.

The programme is grounded in pioneering research by the Royal College of Music and Imperial College London, and on average 73% of participants experience a reduction in symptoms of postnatal depression (based on the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale).
