Tooting WI Book Club is getting poetic! 📖✨

This month we’re putting down the novels and picking up our favourite poems — and we want to hear yours.
Whether it’s a classic you’ve loved since school, something that made you cry on the tube, or a few lines that have just always stuck with you, bring it along and share it with the group.

Come ready to listen, share, and maybe even discover your next favourite poet. Our sharing meetings are always popular, and there’s no doubt that this one will be too. 🥂📝

What a month it was, May, you really delivered. 💛

Here’s a little look back at everything we got up to…

🏠 Interior Styling Talk with .london : We kicked off the month feeling seriously inspired after a gorgeous talk from the talented Vix, all about interior styling.
🌸 Chelsea in Bloom: From interiors to florals — we headed to Chelsea in Bloom and wow, did it deliver. Stunning floral displays, beautiful surroundings, and great company. The perfect spring outing. 🌷
📖 Book Club: The Heart’s Invisible Furies by John Boyne, this one gave us lots to talk about. John Boyne’s epic, emotional rollercoaster of a novel left a different impact on everyone.
🍖Del Boys: And we rounded off the month in the best possible way — heading to Del Boys, in Tooting, for an evening of great food and even better chat.

May, you were a good one. Here’s to June being even better — who’s ready? 🥂🌿

Drop your favourite May moment in the comments 👇 we’d love to hear yours! 🌸

There’s nothing better than an evening of good books and good conversation 🍷📚🍻

This month, we’re reading The Heart’s Invisible Furies by John Boyne, a story that makes you laugh and cry within pages of each other. It’s thought-provoking, emotional, and brilliantly written - perfect for good conversation.

Haven’t read the book? No problem, our book club is super informal — no pressure, just a welcoming group of women getting together to share thoughts and opinions, and the occasional tangent that has absolutely nothing to do with the book 😄

Open to members only, we’d love to see you there!

Craft Club carves out time in our busy lives for creativity - to make something with our hands, all while making new friends.

It’s an open session for everyone, so bring along whatever you’re working on — knitting, drawing, crochet (or something brand new) — and settle in for an easy, informal evening with the loveliest group.

It’s a members-only space, but it’s the beginning of our year, so the perfect time to join! ✨

We hope you leave feeling relaxed and feeling like you’ve made a few new connections.

We’ll also end the evening with a Q&A for our members to share specific problems.

Feel free to bring along a friend or two who might be interested in joining!

🕢 Time: 7:30 PM
