Dear residents. Line bikes are a great way for us all to get about but please ALWAYS consider the location when parking: am I blocking access? could someone disabled, with a pram or holding small children walk past without causing them problems or to walk on the road.

Here are two examples of poor parking. 😡

If you’d like to join us in making our estate look beautiful ready for spring we’ll be meeting Saturdays 31/1 & 7/2 by the old drying area. We’ll then be going for lunch at the Rose & Crown where all are invited to join us, paid for by the residents association.

*litter picking + lunch dates* Following our very productive Saturdays in 2025 there will be an estate litter pick on:
Saturday 24th January, 31st January and 07 February, from 11am -1pm. The sessions will be followed by a pizza lunch + drink in the Rose & Crown courtesy of Newlands RA ☺️. Bags and pickers provided - all help very welcome whether you can do 1 or all dates.
