🌞Roots4Spring is back! Four hours of fun, football, tennis, healthy hot lunch, cooking, gardening and wildlife all on our enclosed 8 acre site!

ℹ️ Places are free for children on benefit related free school meals (pupil premium).aged 5-11 (up to year 6).

📅 Our camp will run from Tues 7 April until Fri 10 April from 10 - 2pm.

🙏🏼🙏🏽Thank you Shooters Hill Sixth Form College - we had an absolute lovely afternoon tea to celebrate international women's day 🙏🏽🙏🏼

6️⃣0️⃣ Over 60 students from the hair and beauty and health and social care department came this afternoon to give beauty and hair treatments and wellbeing care by chatting to our attendees.

✂️The Roots4Life saloon was heaving with 60 appointments for manicures, pedicures, hair cuts and curls and massages managed.

😍The level of customer care was amazing and one of our attendees said "Today lifted me up and made me feel a better person than before ."

🥰 Lovely free Community Meal last week with over 80 people attending 🥰

🙏🏽 Thank you to all our amazing volunteers - we could not run these events for our local community without you.

🐸 It was wonderful to welcome our green frog friends at

🆘 We need your help - there is so much demand for our services especially on a Weds. We really need volunteers who are able to come a bit later on a Weds and help with the clean up. We also have a plate shortage so if you have run a cafe or catering company we need unchipped white plates. They don't need to be fancy but hard working as they get a lot of use.

🐸Our wonderful friends at Frogslife will be with us again running workshops and fun activities on all things amphibian 🐸

🫂 It can be hard this time of year to get out in the cold but we can guarantee a warm, kind and friendly space with healthy food and endless cups of tea 🫂

HEAT club Thursday at 3.30-5.30 free hot meal, warm space for young people. For Dec we are opening our doors to families to come. Please email [email protected] for more info or to book in.

Community Pantry pick up - last one of the year so extra supplies will be given.

ℹ️ To give our hardworking team a good Xmas break we will be closed from Dec 26 until Mon 5 Jan.

🙏🏽 To support our Xmas activities especially our Xmas day meal please donate via our Crowdfunder. Donations provide a Xmas lunch on Xmas day to people locally who really need it. Last year we had over 50 people coming.
