The Players are an Amateur Dramatics Society affiliated to NODA (National Operatic and Dramatic Association) We enjoy a high reputation and members have been putting on Plays, Musicals and Pantomimes for the last 80 years entertaining Leyland, South Ribble and the local area. ace on Tuesday and Thursday evening, with extra rehearsals closer to showtime. New members are always welcome so if you like performing please get in touch! We aim to continue to perform a wide range of diverse shows from the classics through to the modern and we love finding new productions as well as performing some old favourites! Back-stage staff are vital. There are always opportunities for set designers, lighting and sound engineers, costume and props providers and we would love to meet you if you have an interest in any of these areas!
