📢💜 Ledbury Memory Café – Change of Date for July 💜📢

Please note that for July only, we have had to change the date of our Ledbury Memory Café.

Due to our usual venue space being needed for another event, the café will now take place on:

📅 Friday 10th July

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Our regular schedule will resume from August, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back as usual.

As always, our Memory Café offers a warm and friendly environment for people living with dementia, their families, friends, and carers to meet, chat, and enjoy time together.

🎭✨ Songs From Broadway & Beyond – Supporting Leominster Meeting Centre ✨🎭

We are delighted to be supported by the wonderful Love To Sing, who are presenting an evening of musical favourites from Broadway and beyond on Saturday 18th July 2026 at Holy Trinity Church, Hereford.

What makes this fundraiser even more special is that Hayley from Love To Sing joins us at Leominster Meeting Centre on the first Tuesday of every month to lead our "Love To Sing Memories" sessions.

These sessions are so much more than singing. Music has a remarkable ability to unlock memories, spark conversations, boost confidence, and bring joy to people living with dementia. We've seen members who struggle to find words suddenly singing every lyric to a favourite song, sharing treasured memories, and connecting with others through music.

At Leominster Meeting Centre, we know how important activities like this are in helping people living with dementia stay active, engaged, and connected within their community. Hayley's sessions always bring smiles, laughter, and plenty of singing along!

By purchasing a ticket, you'll not only enjoy a fantastic evening of entertainment featuring songs from hit musicals including Hamilton, Matilda, Phantom of the Opera, Frozen, Sister Act and more, but you'll also be helping to support people living with dementia in Herefordshire.

Join us next week for two wonderful afternoons celebrating and supporting our amazing carers.

Two beautiful local National Trust locations have kindly donated entry to their incredible venues, allowing us to invite you to a relaxed 'Bring Your Own Picnic' gathering. Come along, enjoy the surroundings, meet other carers, and spend an afternoon filled with friendship, conversation, and support.

We officially have confirmation that we will be picking up the new CAMBUS tomorrow! 🎉

This is such an exciting step forward for Dementia Matters Here-fordshire, and we are now awaiting confirmation of a date for the brand-new signage to be completed. We can’t wait to reveal the finished look! 💜

We want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has donated, supported, fundraised, and helped make our brand new CAMBUS possible 🙌✨ Your kindness and generosity mean the world to us and will help us continue supporting even more people in our community 🫶
