Communication Matters is updating its Quality Service Standards for Augmentative and Assistive Communication (AAC). Help shape the future of AAC services by sharing your experience.

We want to hear from you about the ways communication support is provided at home, in education, in the workplace and in the community.

Take part in our Quality Service Standards Survey. Your feedback will help identify what is working well, where there are gaps, and what needs to improve. The findings will be used to co-produce updated standards. The questionnaire is designed for AAC users, their families and for professionals and organisations.

To take part in the survey, please click here: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=DQSIkWdsW0yxEjajBLZtrQAAAAAAAAAAAAMAANH6jHdUMjlPRTY1NUIzUkcwVkVMRkhRTkc2M0c1RS4u&origin=lprLink&route=shorturl

Ethical approval has been considered via Communication Matters internal policies.

If you have questions about the Survey please contact us at: [email protected].
