Hi all thank you all for coming to our 70th anniversary celebrations alongside South Warwickshire Lillington Children and family centre for there 20 anversary.

We want to thank you all for coming especially the pepole who provided an activity and entertainment. We also want to thank Leamington town Mayor for visiting our event.

We hope you all had a good time and had fun. There are photos to come once we sort them out from the day.

Tai Chi for healthy ageing group classes in Lillington Community Centre

We’re delighted to invite you to our Tai Chi for Healthy Ageing class at Lillington Community Centre, starting next week, led by experienced Occupational Therapist and First Contact Practitioner, Lizi.

Your first trial class is completely free! Simply get in touch to book your place for our first session on Friday 17th April at 2PM.

This programme is designed to help you stay active, independent, and confident in a warm and supportive environment. Sessions focus on gentle, meaningful movement to improve your balance, strength, and confidence in everyday activities, helping you feel more capable and enhancing your overall wellbeing and quality of life.

✨What is Tai Chi and what to expect?

Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing movement practice that combines slow movements with breathing and mindfulness. In our sessions, we also include simple Qigong exercises, known to support a wide range of health conditions.
